CHRISTIE LANG, FOUNDER
Christie was born in Calgary and grew up in Winnipeg. She and her husband of 22 years relocated to Calgary in 2001. Being a small business owner for 2 years and a Pediatic RN by trade with over 23 years nursing experience, Christie has always had a passion for helping others. Following the birth of their fifth child in 2013, life took on a whole new meaning for her, as a mother, nurse and human being. Lennox blessed their family with a little something extra and ignited her life’s purpose of giving back. Her aspiration is to make a difference in the lives of children of all abilities, their families and the community while sharing their unlimited potential with the world.
Tina Feir, Co-Founder
For most of her childhood, Tina lived and attended grade school overseas before returning to her home town of Calgary. With 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing, she works full time as a Sales Executive in the Environmental Industry. Tina has held multiple board positions and recently finished a 6 year term as Vice President for the Canadian Land Reclamation Association - AB Chapter. She is a solo parent to her beautiful son, who was diagnosed at birth with Down syndrome. With him as her inspiration, she has a strong desire to support and assist individuals of all backgrounds and abilities to find their strengths and passions in life.

Raised in Nova Scotia and married to her Alberta born husband, Melissa is the mom of two littles. One a mischievous little boy with Down syndrome. She has a broad educational background and 10 years working in Executive Support and Administration. Now an SLPA student working in child care, Melissa has been lending her skills whenever possible to support a community dear to her heart.
